What You'll Be Doing:

• Mastering the Numbers

  Own financial records, ensuring everything adds up to perfection. You're the detective of the accounting world!

  
  

• Month-End Wizardry

  Prepare detailed, crystal-clear financial statements that'll make clients' jaws drop (in a good way, of course!).

  
  

• Reconciliation Rockstar

  Keeping accounts balanced and looking sharp. No discrepancy is too small to catch.

  
  

• Client Liaison Extraordinaire

  You'll keep our clients in the loop with regular updates, helping them understand their financial standing and putting them at ease.

  
  

• Payroll Pro

  You'll help manage payroll processing—timely, accurate, and stress-free for our clients.

  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience

  At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience. You've been around the block and know the ropes. Bonus points if you've juggled multiple clients before

  
  

• Skills

  Mastery of QuickBooks. Bonus points for familiarity with other bookkeeping software!

  
  

• Time Management: You're a master at juggling priorities, hitting deadlines, and thriving under pressure
• Attention to Detail

  Your motto? "The devil's in the details." You spot the tiniest discrepancies before anyone else.

  
  

• Communication Savvy
