We're Hiring | Windchill Consultant / Developer

Location: Houston, TX

Work Mode: Onsite (From Office)

Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year

We are looking for a highly skilled Windchill professional with strong communication and consultative abilities to join a dynamic team supporting a product-based environment.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and manage Windchill object models (WTDoc, EPMDoc, WTPart subtypes)

• Drive classification management and product structure setup

• Design and implement approval workflows with workflow robots, expressions, and custom logic

• Define security policies aligned to workflow states and object types

• Work on Publishing Engine (WTDoc, Adobe AEM) and 3D publishing (Creo, CAD tools)

• Build and enhance custom integrations (Maximo EAM, Web APIs, Adobe AEM)

• Lead data migration activities (custom DB to Windchill using WBM/custom utilities)

• Support testing, build releases, and cutover planning

• Drive training, adoption, production migration, and hypercare

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Windchill implementation (Product company experience preferred)

• Strong expertise in custom workflows, integrations, and data migration

• Experience with Windchill SUMA module (nice to have)

• Hands-on with Creo / CAD publishing workflows

• Excellent stakeholder communication & consultative skills
