A company is looking for a Mortgage Collections Supervisor to oversee the Collections department and ensure effective counseling of delinquent borrowers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervises daily operations of the Collections unit, ensuring compliance with policies and regulationsManages Dialer campaigns and performs collection activities on challenging accountsConducts staff performance evaluations, training, and development activitiesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or relevant experience preferredThree years of collection experience in a mortgage servicing environmentMinimum of two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume settingKnowledge of debt collection regulations and loss mitigation mortgage workoutsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contact center database applications
