Job Summary The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides operational and administrative support within a corporate office environment. This role includes document production, mail handling, conference room setup, and general office services. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage physical and technical tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment Perform document scanning, file handling, and digital document management tasks Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and distribution Set up and arrange conference rooms for meetings, including multiple daily configurations Deliver packages and ensure proper distribution within the facility Maintain office equipment, including basic troubleshooting and quality checks Perform bindery, finishing, and quality control of documents Maintain logs, reports, and inventory of supplies Provide receptionist, call handling, and customer support services as needed Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment areas Assist with light facility support tasks, including moving furniture and office setup Respond to service requests and coordinate with internal teams Perform filing, archiving, and document organization tasks Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and verification Travel between buildings if required to support operations Handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, and rearranging office setups Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1–2 years of relevant work experience in office services, customer service, or related field Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and email systems Ability to operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and mail systems Good organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving equipment Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic mathematical and filing skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in copy/print or document services environment Familiarity with mailroom operations and shipping/receiving processes Basic knowledge of document management systems and imaging software Valid driver's license (if required for operational needs) Education: High School
