This Corporate M&A Associate Attorney opportunity offers direct involvement in sophisticated deals for leading private equity sponsors and strategic investors. Attorneys will gain hands-on experience managing transactions from inception through closing in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments
• Lead and support private equity M&A and project financing transactions
• Manage deal execution from initial bid process through closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and transaction documents
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and cross-functional teams on complex deal structures
• Provide strategic legal advice to private equity sponsors and energy clients
• Handle multiple high-value transactions simultaneously with precision and efficiency

Qualifications
• 4–7 years of experience as a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney or Private Equity Attorney
• Strong background in private equity transactions, particularly within energy and infrastructure sectors
• Experience representing private equity sponsors preferred
• Admission to the Texas Bar (Texas Bar required)
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently
