We are working with a midstream pipeline company headquartered in Houston that is seeking an attorney with BIGLAW experience in public-company corporate governance and securities matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEC reporting and compliance, capital markets, corporate governance (drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and charters), executive and equity compensation (advising HR, drafting grants, and managing equity vesting), and investor relations (organizing annual stockholder meetings).
