Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Operations Analyst for our client, a major player in the retail industry. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful execution of retail marketing campaigns. You will work closely with teams from Marketing, IT, and Operations to drive key initiatives for Residential, Small Business, and Multi-Family market segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business requirements and approach documentation for new marketing and operational capabilities to support campaigns.
  • Drive consensus on system and process changes from key stakeholders to ensure timely and complete campaign implementation.
  • Identify and resolve issues by diagnosing root causes and implementing solutions swiftly.
  • Develop expertise in key operational tools and evaluate existing processes for continuous improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of retail campaigns, new products, and projects, including change management, project management, and post-implementation support.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team discussions to develop timelines for campaign execution and project delivery.
  • Support development and implementation of new campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics to maintain superior performance levels.
  • Document and maintain process documentation for all recurring operational processes.
  • Serve as a key subject matter expert in operational and IT capabilities, supporting campaign execution and delivery.
  • Facilitate report development to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably with a focus in operations, computer science, or engineering.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience, with at least 1-2 years in an Operations, IT, Project Management, or Consulting role.
  • Solid understanding of retail competition, customer protection rules, and competitive retailers.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, building relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of retail marketing processes and customer lifecycle management is a plus.
