The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with e-commerce operations, website merchandising, and content updates that drive engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
• Manage online product listings across company websites and third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
• Maintain and update website and marketplace content through a content management system, keeping product information current, organized, and consistent.
• Monitor digital storefront performance and recommend improvements that enhance product visibility, conversion, and overall customer experience.
• Apply visual merchandising best practices to organize products and promotions in a way that supports online sales objectives.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate content changes, promotional updates, and ongoing enhancements to e-commerce operations.
• Support website optimization efforts by reviewing content quality, usability, and presentation across online channels.
• Use basic HTML knowledge to assist with content formatting, page updates, and minor edits within e-commerce platforms.
• Help maintain efficient e-commerce workflows, including updates related to marketplace processes or platform changes when needed.
Requirements Of the Position
• Experience working in e-commerce, online retail, or digital merchandising roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of content management systems used to update websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace, Amazon Retail, eBay, or similar third-party selling channels.
• Understanding of website content management, online product presentation, and visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to support website optimization initiatives that improve usability and sales performance.
