  • Build awareness and consistency in the company brand across all service lines.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to advocate for regional marketing needs and contribute to corporate campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and partners to design quarterly go-to-market plans that drive pipeline growth.
  • Plan and manage regional events—seminars, webinars, tradeshows, and client engagement activities.
  • Support onboarding and marketing launch efforts for new channel partners.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee and mentor Marketing Coordinators as the department grows.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate service offerings into business value.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution—able to plan, pivot, and deliver results.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (preferably Pardot).
  • Strong project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset that thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for events, meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience in high-growth service companies.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional or field marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Familiarity with service management, enterprise application, or technology integration marketing is a plus.
