E-commerce Fulfillment Associate

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to start or grow your career in e-commerce? Parkway Chevrolet is expanding its dynamic E-commerce team and seeking a dedicated E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to play a crucial role in getting parts to our online customers quickly and accurately.

As an E-commerce Fulfillment Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our online operations, responsible for retrieving parts, preparing packages, and ensuring orders are ready for shipment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce fulfillment with potential for cross-training in other areas!

What You'll Do:

• Part Retrieval: Accurately pull and retrieve automotive parts from our warehouse, matching them to customer orders and pick tickets.
• Packaging Preparation: Efficiently build and prepare shipping boxes of various sizes, ensuring a consistent supply for the packing team.
• Packing & Shipping: Work alongside our team to securely package parts, verify order accuracy, and prepare shipments for various carriers.
• Maintain Organization: Help keep the packing and shipping area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Learn & Grow: Be cross-trained to assist with order inputting on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and our ecommerce system as you become more familiar with our operations. In the future handle customer inquires via email and phone calls.

• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy and can ensure the right parts go into the right packages.
• Organized: You can manage your workspace efficiently and contribute to an organized team environment.
• Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and are willing to jump in and help where needed.
• Physically Capable: Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic Computer Skills: Comfort with basic computer tasks.
• Prior warehouse, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required we're willing to train the right candidate!
• Prior automotive experience a plus but not required.
