About the Role

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business in the Deer Park, TX market within the construction equipment rental industry. This role is focused on developing new accounts, managing existing relationships, and providing equipment solutions to contractors, industrial clients, and job sites.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and becoming a trusted partner to customers needing reliable equipment on demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within the territory
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote and rent a wide range of construction equipment
• Build relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service
• Maintain pipeline activity and track sales through CRM
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (equipment rental or construction industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction job sites and equipment needs
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with strong time management
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
