Key Requirements:

• Previous verifiable cooking experience required (hotel or restaurant experience a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel and bistro standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed

• Day shift only, starting at 3-4:30 AM and typically ending between 12:00-2:30 PM
• Weekly rotating schedule to ensure fair distribution of days off
• Weekends, overtime, and holiday work as needed
