Erickson Senior Living - 14703 Eagle Vista Dr - Responsibilities: Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment as assigned; Perform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on designated equipment while following manufacturers recommendation; Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure; Serve as the lead mechanic in assigned area(s) and will be responsible for the overall condition of the neighborhood(s)
