Part-Time Sales Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Sales Associates to join our Houston store team.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong product knowledge, and support daily store operations while helping create a welcoming and community-driven store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an authentic and exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Duck Camp assortment.
• Support daily sales goals and overall store performance.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining store organization.
• Support operational standards and accurate use of POS systems.
• Build genuine connections with customers and represent the Duck Camp brand.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales fundamentals.
• Passion for the hunting and fishing lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
