The Catering Director serves as the primary point of contact for all catered and special events on campus, partnering closely with campus administrators and on-site meeting planners to design and execute exceptional, high-touch event experiences. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of events while maintaining strong client relationships and a high level of service. The position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in supporting overall account success.
Candidates with a foundation in catering sales are strongly preferred, as the role involves client engagement, relationship building, and identifying opportunities to enhance event offerings and drive catering growth. Experience within a corporate dining environment or a luxury hotel setting is also highly preferred.
