Outlets Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlets Manager to oversee the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within our hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Provide training, mentoring, and supporting outlet staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in all outlets.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing duties, and shift reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in all outlets.
• Collaborate with hotel management to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee mini bar operations in guest rooms. Ensure mini bars and mini bar storage are well-stocked and properly maintained. Supervise mini bar attendant. Assist with Liquor, Beer, Wine and Food Inventory and ordering.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manager or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple outlets efficiently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
