Job Description Job Description HVAC Technician Pay: $18–$20 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until work is completed) Occasional Saturdays as needed Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, hands-on experience, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Requirements: Basic knowledge of HVAC systems preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools Must have basic personal tools Ability to crawl, bend, stoop, twist, and lift as required Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license required Ability to work well independently and with a team Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems Diagnose system issues and perform troubleshooting Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Assist with all aspects of A/C and heating installations and service calls Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure Access equipment in attics, basements, and tight or confined spaces Safely use hand and power tools Train and mentor helper technicians as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with team members and customers Company Description ProSource Staffing is a professional staffing agency dedicated to connecting qualified candidates with companies in need of reliable talent.
