Warehouse Associate

Temp to Hire $16.50/hr Days | 7:30 AM 7:30 PM

A Shift: SundayTuesday (Week 1) / SundayWednesday (Week 2)

No Forklift Required

Overview: The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, organizing inventory, and assisting with shipping and receiving. This role helps ensure that products and materials are stored and moved safely, accurately, and on time to support manufacturing and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Store materials and products in the correct locations.
• Pick and pack orders for production or shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Update inventory records and complete basic paperwork.
• Follow safety rules and report any issues to a supervisor.
• Use warehouse equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs) safely.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for long periods.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to follow instructions and learn new tasks.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required

• Must be comfortable in a busy and fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work OT
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
