Fire Alarm Technician

This position will be for the Houston area.

Service and inspect fire alarm systems

Test fire alarm systems to ensure they are in proper working order

Troubleshoot and repair problems with fire alarm systems

Conduct routine maintenance on fire alarm systems

Program fire alarm systems using software

Keep accurate records of all fire alarm system inspections and repairs

Provide training to customers on fire alarm systems

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams

Ability to troubleshoot and repair fire alarms

Knowledge of fire safety codes and standards

Knowledge of electrical theory and wiring techniques
