Memorial Hermann - - Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.; Direct patient care duties include vital signs, hygiene support, toileting support, mobility support, nutrition support, bathing support, charting, and other activities of daily living as needed.; Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of information.; Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.; Obtains and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed within the scope of the role.
