Position: SRE/DevOps Engineer – GenAI

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Job Description

Core SRE / DevOps Skills

•Strong experience in DevOps / SRE roles supporting production systems

•Hands-on expertise with AWS, including EKS

•Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm

•Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub

•Working knowledge of GitOps practices

•Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk

•Strong understanding of Linux, TCP/IP, and cloud networking

•Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting

•Experience designing, deploying, and operating production-grade systems

GenAI for SRE / DevOps Automation

•Strong hands-on experience using and orchestrating GenAI / LLM-based tools to automate SRE and DevOps workflows

•Experience with GenAI platforms such as Anthropic etc.

•Solid understanding of prompt engineering, model inference, embeddings, and vector stores

• Experience integrating GenAI solutions with cloud, Kubernetes, and DevOps toolchains

•Ability to support and operate GenAI workloads in AWS and Kubernetes environments
