McDonald's - 4650 North Highway 6 - Responsibilities: Lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit; Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers; Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonalds standards; Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift; Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
