Your responsibilities include:

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal network
• Initiate contact with candidates to share MLR's enticing opportunities and assess their interests
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with candidates to nurture their interest and guide their journey
• Ensure accurate records are kept in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings you arrange, interviews you facilitate, and hires generated from your leads
