The Houston office of a global firm seeks a Corporate Associate (2019–2024) with experience in capital markets, SEC reporting, and public company work. Qualified candidates will have experience supporting securities offerings, assisting with SEC disclosures, contributing to corporate transactions, working on teams, and advising clients on governance. Qualifications include a J.D. with excellent academic credentials, 2–6 years of corporate transaction experience, knowledge of securities law, strong drafting and communication skills, and Texas bar admission or the ability to waive in.
