About the Role

This hire will focus on supporting and optimizing their ERP systems while providing hands-on support across business systems. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-starting problem-solver with deep ERP experience and a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary internal resource for ERP (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) support and optimization across departments.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve complex ERP and integrated business system issues with speed and accuracy.
• Manage user access, permissions, and segregation of duties within ERP and related systems.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement system improvements.
• Collaborate with a third-party ERP implementer and leverage dedicated weekly consulting time to solve deeper technical challenges.
• Contribute to ERP documentation, onboarding strategy, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Support integrations between ERP and adjacent SaaS platforms to ensure clean data flow and operational efficiency.
• Lead or assist in ERP-related projects, upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: Meaningful, hands-on ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle), including configuration, workflow understanding, and real system ownership.

• Experience working deeply within ERP environments — not just surface-level exposure or ticket resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate initiatives and drive projects to completion.
• Proven ability to think in systems: understanding how data, permissions, workflows, and integrations interconnect.
• Self-starter comfortable in a "handoff" onboarding model, able to learn quickly while leveraging documentation and consultant support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with SaaS environments, integrations, CRM-to-ERP workflows, and data governance is strongly preferred.
