Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $43.00-54.00/hour
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Schedule: M-F / 40 hours
  • Benefits including 401K, PTO, holidays, medical, vision and dental

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years Midstream experience required
  • Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
  • Must have database and gathering system experience
  • Some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title) preferred
  • Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently or with a team
  • High School or GED required

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements
