Plant Manager – Houston, TX

We're working with a growing industrial manufacturer looking for a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Houston-area facility. This role owns production, safety, quality, and financial performance—with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and team leadership.

What you'll do:

• Lead plant operations to hit production, safety, and quality targets
• Drive Lean initiatives and root cause problem-solving (8D, etc.)
• Oversee scheduling, work orders, and throughput
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements
• Lead daily floor activity (Gemba walks, production meetings, safety observations)
• Manage, coach, and develop plant personnel

What you bring:

• Experience leading manufacturing/plant operations
• Strong background in safety (OSHA) and quality systems (ISO)
• Hands-on leadership style—you're on the floor, not just in meetings
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Bachelor's preferred (or equivalent experience)
