Dynamics 365 F&O Support Analyst

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Analyst to own the administration, support, and continuous improvement of our core ERP platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system stability, security, performance, and effective adoption across the business.

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics AX architecture, integrations, and environments
  • Experience with SSRS reporting and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and DevOps-based delivery models
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and business users
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration and end-user support for Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, working with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage user access, security roles, and system configurations
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain user documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Assist with UAT, regression testing, audits, and change management processes
  • Support Power BI reporting and participate in cross-functional and leadership initiatives as needed
