Golden Goose is looking for a skilled and passionate Cobbler! Delivering exceptional craftsmanship through bespoke repairs, heel swaps, and customizations, while creating an engaging and memorable in-store experience. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through technical expertise, artistic skills, and a deep connection to Golden Goose's values and storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out all cobbler services on shoes and handbags including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services etc.
• Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying our customer's needs
• Advise customers on the collection and in store cobbler services
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
• Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
• Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
• Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
• Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
• Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

Additional Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Retail or other customer service industry preferred
• An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player
• Other language is a plus
