Position: Gensets / Generator Systems Technical Sourcing & Supply Chain Lead

Location: Magnolia, TX

Type: Full-Time

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• Gensets / Generator Systems
• Diesel / Gas Engines, Alternators
• Fuel Systems, Radiators, Control Panels, BOP (Balance of Plant)
• Ability to read and interpret:
• Mechanical drawings and schematics
• Engineering specifications
• Bill of Materials (BOM)

Required Experience:

• 5–8+ years in:
• Technical sourcing / procurement
• Supply chain in power generation / heavy machinery / industrial equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in:
• Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering
• Experience with:
• Mission-critical environments (Data Centers, Energy, Oil & Gas)

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel 25–40%
• Ability to work with cross-regional teams (US & international)
