SWGP Brands is looking for a highly organized and accountable Customer Success & Scheduling Coordinator to join our in-office team in Houston. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role within a small but high-performing operations team.
You will manage a defined portion of the customer journey end-to-end—from first contact through scheduling, service execution, and closeout. This role requires someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
