Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Briefing Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves preparing legal briefs, conducting in-depth legal research, drafting motions, and working on appellate cases. The attorney will collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to develop legal strategies and ensure thorough and effective representation for our clients. $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting detailed legal briefs
• Experience in handling Appeals processes and appellate case management
• Strong Research skills with the ability to analyze and apply legal precedents
• Knowledge of Courts, including procedures and protocols
• Skill in drafting and reviewing Motions for various case types
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar license in the state of Texas
