Position Overview

As the Maître d' / Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the dining room—setting the tone for service, curating the guest journey, and leading a highly trained front-of-house team. You will ensure every detail reflects the standards of an elite dining experience, from the first greeting to the final farewell.


Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate a seamless and elevated guest experience from arrival to departure
  • Manage reservations, seating flow, and VIP guest relations with precision
  • Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain impeccable dining room standards, ambiance, and presentation
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure cohesive service execution
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, urgency, and grace
  • Drive staff development, training, and performance management
  • Oversee scheduling, labor management, and daily operations


Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Proven success in a Maître d', FOH Manager, or Restaurant Manager role
  • Exceptional communication, presence, and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and elevated service standards
  • Experience with reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, or similar)
  • Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
