Community hospital part of system looking to bring on Director of Benefits! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!
Responsible for the design, implementation, administration and communication of the benefit programs and the supervision of consulting firms, brokers, and trustees. Ensures all benefit programs are compliant with IRS and ERISA regulations.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, HR Management or related discipline; Masters degree preferred
Licenses/Certifications: Certification in HR-related area preferred, e.g. Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
