🔎 Medix is Hiring: Manager, Revenue Integrity (PB Focus | Hybrid | Texas)

Medix is partnering with a top, nationally recognized health system in Texas to hire a Manager, Revenue Integrity. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity fora revenue cycle expert who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about optimizing financial performance.

💼 About the Role

The Manager, Revenue Integrity will oversee all aspects of professional charge functions to ensure revenue accuracy, compliance, and optimization. This role will lead a team of approximately 15 and drive strategic initiatives across the revenue cycle.

This position is primarily Professional Billing (PB) focused, with crossover into Hospital Billing (HB).

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage professional revenue integrity operations
• Optimize charge capture, reconciliation, and billing processes
• Analyze KPIs, trends, and denials to drive performance improvements
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Clinical, and Finance teams
• Oversee charge work queues, edits, and reconciliation reporting
• Ensure compliance with payer, federal, and state regulations
• Support CDM maintenance, coding best practices, and reimbursement strategy
• Manage team performance, hiring, and development
• Identify process gaps and implement data-driven solutions

🧠 Qualifications

• 3+ years of Revenue Integrity leadership experience
• 5+ years of Professional Billing (PB) experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle
• Expertise in CDM and data analytics
• Certification required: CPC, CMC, RHIA, or CRCR
• Epic experience required
• Bachelor's degree (Healthcare or related field preferred)

Preferred:

• Experience across both HB & PB
