Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Litigation Attorney based in Houston, TX. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court trials. The attorney will actively work with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to achieve the best outcomes and uphold the values of the firm. Additional duties may include case preparation, settlement negotiations, and compliance with legal protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in Law, including legal research and analysis
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing Motions
• Strong knowledge and experience with Courts and courtroom procedures
• Practical experience in Trials and Depositions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar License and in good standing
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment
• 2 + years of Litigation experience required

Pay is negotiable and based on experience.
