Job Responsibilities:
Execute operational excellence
Develop trust with guests through meeting food safety and quality requirements all day
Proficient in executing operational tasks based on assignment
Ensure guests feel cared for by showing kindness, honesty, respect, and hospitality
Strengthen relationships with guests and the community
Obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 7 days of employment
Access and utilize Hot Schedules phone app for clear communication of availability
Complete required Pathway video training within the first 14 days of employment
Access and utilize Pathway videos for continued growth and development
