Job Description
  • Oversee planning and execution of PEMB/aviation construction projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and overall scope.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and internal resources to support timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify safety compliance, and ensure quality standards and building codes are met.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues involving schedules, workflows, equipment, or stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate consistently with clients, engineers, and project teams to provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience overseeing construction projects involving pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and tilt-wall systems.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, building codes, permitting requirements, and quality management processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for coordinating teams, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, project plans, specifications, and technical documents to guide project execution.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, time management, budget oversight, and adapting to evolving project needs and constraints.
