Job Description

Understand the customer's needs, make the service proposals and lead the projects implementations.

Help the sales team to define technical aspects of Drixit commercial proposals

Ensure the delivery of high quality customer experience.

Leave record of every insight, pain point, meeting or customer information at Drixit's CRM, that will allow other teams to get better knowledge of the customer.

Be able to solve basic technical problems.

What we are looking for

Already graduated from university (technical background like Electronics Engineer is a plus)

At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position with client facing, or project management roles.

Team player that can wear multiple hats.

Communication & persuasive skills.

Aim for excellence analysis and attention to detail.

A positive, self-motivated person who's able to take direction and work within a team.

Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform other teams to drive change.

Experience working in big companies, leading project implementations.

You anticipate the tech implications of commercial decisions.
