Job Details

Our client, located in Conroe, Texas, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, and adjust CNC lathes and milling machines according to technical drawings and specifications
• Manufacture, modify, and repair precision components for production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools to ensure tolerances are met
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe and/or mill preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand tolerances
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed
