Overview

Job Summary:

As the Warehouse Associate, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies. You will be responsible for helping with inventory, shipments, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Packs and loads products onto trucks
  • Organize parts in the warehouse and keep up to date on inventory
  • Deliver parts to technicians when needed
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time and in the proper condition.
  • Available to respond to emergency pick-up and delivery after hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility is required; at any time may be asked to change or extend scheduled work hours according to the departments' needs
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Able to maintain good relationships with technicians and installers.

Required Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Time management skills
  • Basic software understanding
  • Self-motivation
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Service Titan experience
  • HVAC Service experience

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation & Hours
  • Pay: $15/hr
  • Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
