Required Skills & Abilities:

-Six (6) months of similar experience highly preferred

-Flexible to work AM, PM, mid-shifts, holidays and weekends

-Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours

-Able to lift/carry and push and pull at least 30 pounds and perform repetitive motions

Job Description:

-Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen

-Wash and scrub pots and pans, rinse china, glassware and silverware, load in dishwasher and store on shelves

-Stock delivered food & beverage items in the refrigerator and pantry

-Assist with maintaining organization of pots, pans, china, glassware and silverware in the kitchen

-Transfer trash to dumpster and assist with maintaining cleanliness of loading dock

-Perform cross departmental duties: prep cook, food runner, breakfast buffet attendant
