Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Administrative Assistant for our Houston office. Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing legal administrative support to meet the daily needs of the assigned practice group. Responsibilities include supporting a group of attorneys by preparing, organizing and filing electronic and non-electronic court filings and assisting with new business intake (NBI), as requested. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of law firm litigation support and e-filing experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including assisting the assigned products liability team with national discovery management for designated client.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
High school diploma required; post high school degree or equivalent legal educational training preferred.
