Warehouse Manager

Purpose of the position:

1. Warehouse daily affairs and personnel management
2. Warehouse receiving and shipping management and shipment order fulfillment
3. Shipment fulfillment material shortage management
4. Warehouse inventory and personnel safety supervision and assurance

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure receiving, preparation of materials for dispatch, and logistics delivery are timely according to order requirements, ensuring normal production operations
2. Maintain inventory aligned with business needs, enforce the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle, and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure records match physical stock
3. Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce handling time and costs
4. Supervise and guide warehouse staff to achieve team objectives (e.g., staff scheduling, on-time shipment fulfillment)
5. Establish and enforce warehouse safety protocols (e.g., fire safety inspections, cargo placement standards)
6. Handle internal and external communication abnormalities
7. Process and SOP optimization

Education and work experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Warehousing and Logistics, Business Administration, Economics
2. 1 years or more of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with supply chain operators preferred

Working conditions:

• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Skills:

• Familiar with SAP/ERP/WMS systems
• Proficient in using Excel/PPT
