ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform inspections on components, purchased parts, and/or finished products as required
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain files of inspection documents
• Review inspection records received for compliance
• Maintain inspection and measuring equipment
• Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) for non-conforming parts
• Maintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery
• Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards

FACILITY/GROUP -SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS

• Supports and contributes to facility goals
• Provide feedback on process improvements, cost savings, and opportunities for efficiency and safety
• Remain open to feedback and collaboration with other departments
• Ontime attendance and timeliness
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug/physical test

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ yrs. Knowledge of standard measurement equipment and inspection processes such as Micrometers and Calipers.
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training preferred
• Demonstrable experience reading and understanding engineering prints
• Demonstrable experience of computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office programs
• Non-destructive inspection experience a plus
