Crane Worldwide Logistics - 1500 Rankin Road - Responsibilities: Monitors the status of shipments from pickup through delivery; Enters shipment location, date and time into TMS; Contacts carriers and drivers via phone, email or internet to determine driver location; Escalates potential or existing service failures to Carrier Sales and Business Development; Works closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure service level expectations are achieved and clients are informed of shipment status
