Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Maintains property equipment and premises in pristine condition per Green Shield Binder and management instructions; Responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through according to guidelines; Performs out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine condition of premises including interior/exterior, grounds, and walkways; Performs repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner; Completes preventative maintenance inspections and maintains records per guidelines
