Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 5353 Westheimer Road - Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct caller to the Director of Sales or Catering Manager; Create banquet event orders and perform required administrative duties; Serve as liaison between the hotel and the group contact on in house groups; Implement program details including meeting requirements, accommodations, food & beverage functions, audio-visual requirements on in house groups; Organize all information into a written format (Group Brief) for internal distribution
