Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Houston, TX 77088

About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This position is critical to ensuring accurate order processing, smooth workflow operations, and exceptional customer support. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy problem‑solving, and have strong data entry skills, this role is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and catalog information with exceptional accuracy
• Transfer data from paper logs to digital spreadsheets and databases
• Review, verify, and correct data for errors
• Organize digital and physical files
• Support workflow processes including billing, returns, credits, and related tasks
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed

• Proficient typing and data entry skills (50+ WPM)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of data entry software, databases, and workflow processes

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and critical‑thinking abilities

Nice to Have

• LTL or package‑shipping experience
• Multi‑tasking ability in a high‑volume environment
• Understanding of operational workflows and how billing, credits, and returns connect

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77088.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
