Responsibilities

Job Summary: As an Overnight Replenishment Lead at Joe V's, ensure accurate, efficient day-to-day operations and a constant workflow with the overnight team, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, resolve issues as they arise, work across departments and functions as needed, and foster great customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
• Store Lead Operations:

  • Applies experience and knowledge to support the Store and Department in Manager's absence
  • Leads the overnight stocking team in efficient day-to-day operations and a constant workflow
  • Delegates / directs work; assists with setting department-related expectations (e.g., ORT, wrap, safety, sanitation, 5s); motivates Partners; may coach and/or provide feedback; may help with department work schedules
  • Administers / ensures compliance with company, Store, and department policies and procedures
  • Receives / verifies incoming shipments; performs quality control
  • Loads / unloads / moves products (some heavy and bulky); stocks shelves; refills displays
  • Handles Customer, Partner, and sanitation issues according to guidelines; escalating to management as needed
  • Troubleshoots / reports equipment issues
  • Answers product- and service-related questions; answers calls, directs questions to appropriate department or Partner
  • Ensures successful communication of overnight operations to Manager
  • Performs Department and cross-functional duties as needed
• Food Safety / Sanitation:
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and Store and department standard operating procedures
  • Maintains organization, safety, and sanitation of work areas, sales floor, back room, and equipment

  • Completion of job skills training, compliance-related training, and division orientation -
